- By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
- Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
Rigger
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services as a rigger only.

- I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
- I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
Commercial Usage

- The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my (art)work (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc).
Copyright
- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work when posted on my Websites and Social Media.
- You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design.
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I will, however, always give proper credit to you and the artist for ownership of the character’s design and Artwork rigged.
NDA — Privacy Request
- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
- I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
- The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
- However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself. Special teasers will have to be discussed upfront.
- The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.
Commissions
Prices
- I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit, depending on the complexity of your request.
- I do not tolerate any kind of harassment or negotiation attempts regarding my prices.
- PayPal fees are included in my prices.
- While I do offer tiers please note the price is subject to change depending on your request, meaning you will first receive a quote after we discuss the pricing. This is what you will have to pay in the end.
Ordering
- You are expected to email me or DM me on Twitter or Discord for any questions regarding your inquiry, however, for your Commission inquiry please order using my Commission Ordering form.
- I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.
- If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee according to the complexity provided. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request before the transaction is complete.
- Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations and include proper visual references alongside your requests.
- Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send must come in English only. I do offer Japanese language support as well.
- Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.
- I do not accept requests for specific Riggers in my Guild to ensure a healthy work environment. You can’t choose a rigger from my Guild. I peer-review your model and ensure that the best person for the job is chosen. However, you will be able to choose your Model Illustrator.
Cutting
This section only applies to Model Rigging inquiries.
- You will have to provide a fully cut Model drawing for me to rig it.
- I provide in-house cutting too in case your model needs cutting revisions, however, that is not guaranteed — it highly depends on the Model-style.
- My in-house cutting does not include a complete cutting for an uncut Fullbody drawing. Only revision adjustments for already pre-cut models.
- It would be beneficial for me to be able to have contact with your Artist directly to ensure the best outcome of the commission. I am able to communicate in English and Japanese.
Payment
- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
- I will only accept payment in EUR and USD via PayPal. It depends on each rigger due to tax reasons but you will be informed beforehand which currency you’ll be charged in.
- It is expected that you deposit a discussed percentage of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed. This percentage usually starts at 50% unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Only after 50% of the payment is sent will I start rigging.
- You are expected to complete the payment process as soon as possible and only after I receive 100% of the payment I will send over the finished file(s).
- I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions.
- You will have to pay two (2) Invoices, as I split the total amount charged between two of my Members. The Artist/Rigger and one for a Handling fee. However the overall price you were quoted will not be changed.
- Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission and agreed upon a quote.
- Payments via PayPal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated.
- If you happen to use a guardian PayPal account, please note that you hereby acknowledge that you have their permission to take part in this transaction.
- Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
Payment Plans
- I usually only accept payment plans if the order sum exceeds 4000 USD.
- I will discuss a payment plan beforehand. You are expected to pay in instalments over a limited amount of time.
- The sum of each instalment as well as the time period will be discussed and documented beforehand.
- You are expected to continuously pay said instalments without being reminded until everything of the total sum is covered.
PayPal Disclaimer
- All of my sales are considered “Digital Goods” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property” that is purchased by you, the Client.
- Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped.
Refunds
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the Rig.
- If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
- If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan, however, you will be sent the incomplete rig VTS file only.
Chargebacks
- You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
- If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
- You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
- Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
Queue / Scheduling / Work Speed / Deadlines
- You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment and a fee might apply.
- I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.
- If you did not alert me to a deadline, you must not send reminders. Reminders will be ignored if there are projects I have prioritized above yours.
- No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
- You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
Revisions and Feedback Stage
Art Services
- I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 50% of the payment is completed.
- These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.
- The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
- I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
- I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.
- Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
- Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.
- Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee.
- I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
- After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my fault.
- In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
- I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
Rigging
- WIPs will firstly be provided as an “Update list”. If you wish to see video files of certain expressions/toggles please let me know. The first 3 video-formatted WIPs will be free. Additional video-format WIPs will be subjected to a fee, unless I feel the need to send you a video on my own accord.
- I will not be held responsible for the Artwork of the Model if something is not to your liking. I am only in charge of rigging the PSD you provided me with.
- Any changes to the Model will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.
- I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
- After the order is completed, minor changes are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my fault.
- In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
- I will not rerig a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
- The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
- I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished rigging if no feedback was given to amend it.
Revisions Process for Rigging
- After I am done with the completed rigging, I will send the file for you to review. Please make sure to be available to provide feedback during this time.
- I will allow you a time period of two weeks to write a list with revisions for me to review and discuss with you.
- After approximately one week I will update you with the revisions given, you then will have another week to write a second list with revision requests.
- The cycle repeats and I reserve a minimum of one week to implement said changes.
- After a certain amount of revisions or a given time frame, I will either charge or deny the request for any further changes. The amount of revisions a rigger accepts depends on each individual and is discussed in the revision phase.
- Please note that revisions will be discussed with me and only implemented when reasonable. I will not implement unreasonable physics changes if they are not meant to happen (e.g. stylistic effects like a balloon head). I will not implement physics on body parts that make no sense for said body part.
Final Product and Credit
- There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the products you will receive, depending on the time passed when examples were posted. I constantly strive to become better at my craft.
- Credit to me, the Artist/Rigger, is required when you publicly use your Project/Model. Please make sure to credit the individual Rigger responsible for your model alongside the Guild name.
- You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, L2D Model files, and other digital data I provide.
- I will send you the files via Google Drive Link or as an email attachment zip file.
- Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to at least 6 months. This does not apply if you wish to be a re-occurring client. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
- I do not deliver the L2D source files, only the VTS files. If needed I will, however, send the source file to a new rigger if you no longer wish to work with me for future updates to your Model.
- I am not required to post your project in any public space; if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy.
- Feedback on the final product is permitted after the completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
- Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
